I lived there with my family for close to three and half years. It’s a top notch community. Awesome maintenance team and very proactive leasing office staff. The community has lot of amenities, all well maintained. It’s built at a prime location close to several shopping options. I didn’t come across any crime reported all through my time there. My family had an awesome time and my two kids made lot of of beautiful memories there something we will all cherish for the rest of our life. We would have continued living there if we didn’t have to move to a different state. We miss Avalon so much! Thank you for all the wonderful memories!
We have recently moved in to this community and we have nothing but nice things to say. Anthony from the office is always extremely nice and always in a happy mood. The maintenance guys are EXCEPTIONAL, every single item we needed help with was resolved in less than 24 hours. Sherman was great and friendly. Leonard was a perfectionist with the work he was doing and Wiley is extremely professional. For all others who I dont know the names please know you and your entire team have been nothing but amazing! Great job to the property management, you are lucky to have these guys 👍
The Maintenance team is professional and quick to respond. They are hardworking, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sherman always greets you with a smile. He has genuine concern for the residents and their families. Dean is also very friendly and greets you with a smile. A team like this is hard to come by. The Maintenance Department is Avalon's biggest asset.
Have been living here for 4 months now and really enjoy the community. The maintenance crew are a great part of living here. They go above and beyond when it comes to making things right for the residents. Sherman especially has made dealing with them so easy. Always explains exactly what he has come to do with a smile and nothing is ever a problem.
We moved in mid summer and it’s been very pleasant to have much greenery around. I start my day with melodious birds chirping and cute chipmunks.
Maintenance has been very friendly, professional and proactively resolving any requests. They all are very cheerful and never misses to wave/smile if passing by. Big shout out to Sherman. Very dedicated and gets things done quickly. Thank you !!!

Have lived here since July this year. Absolutely enjoying it so far. The management is very much modernized and efficient. The maintenance team is very responsive and extremely friendly. Sherman, Dean, and the team helped fix our malfunctioning fire alarm on a Saturday midnight, which well demonstrated their professionalism. The rent is a bit pricy, but other than that, definitely recommend this place for friends.
We are so fortunate to live at Avalon Northborough where resident safety is their top priority. We experienced that first hand when John knocked on our door early one morning. The cleaning staff smelled gas when entering the building and alerted John in maintenance. John quickly found the issue and opened doors and windows for us. Shortly thereafter, without any prior knowledge of earlier events Dean knocked on our door when he smelled gas in the hall. He asked to check our apartment for any gas issue. We are so very grateful for the caring staff here.
I love how Maintenance team treat you as family. They were fast in responding to my request and Sherman from the maintenance team, did an amazing job he is very skilled, very kind and respectful.
